Georg Riedel, the team here at Riedel UK and our partners are delighted to invite you to a special tutored tasting, being held exclusively for hoteliers and restaurateurs, which will demonstrate the remarkable difference a Riedel glass can make to the taste, smell and enjoyment of wine.
It was Georg Riedel’s father, Claus, who first had the vision to shun traditional decorative crystal and to design functional glasses which are plain, unadorned, thin blown and long stemmed.
40 years later, we are celebrating the anniversary of the Sommeliers collection; the glass which changed the world of wine forever; by launching our new Restaurant Sommeliers glasses at this special event.
Every Riedel wine glass is designed together with the winemakers and experts to show a particular grape varietal at its very best. And, when a wine tastes and smells as good as it does in a Riedel glass, your customers enjoy their experience more and spend more.
The event is being held at Westminster Kingsway College on Wednesday 11th September, doors open at 11.00am and the tasting will start promptly at 11.30am. We do hope that you will be able to join us.
