The Cheese Trolley Masterclass
Dorothee Dalmas, Head Trainer at Premier Cheese will guide you through the fine art of the Cheese Trolley.
Learn how to select the cheese, presentation techniques that will wow the customer, and how to efficiently cut and store to maximise profits and shelf life.
The two hour session will give you a general overview but in 2014 we will be showcasing 4 masterclasses that by the end will turn you into an apprentice fromager!
