Traineeships
National Traineeships have been developed by employers, for employers. We can help you recruit and train 16 and 17 year olds providing a broad, work-based training programme leading to nationally recognised qualifications. The cost of training, S/NVQ assessments at Levels 1 and 2 and administration are funded by government. Pay levels are agreed when you take on a National Trainee as well as the training and development plan.
