In one programme 530 trainees from 47 Hotels, Guesthouses and Restaurants completed and achieved membership of The AFW. A 68% pass rate.

Spend per head went up 18% in the following six months, and Liquor sales 12% above control group.

The average training cost was £292 per trainee, so investment was recorded through increased gross profit in just 15 weeks. Total food sales improved over 31% over the following year and spend per head improved to 14% over 6 months!
