Coaching and guidance from a personal mentor in the workplace • Tutor support through our network of accredited colleges • A 'Hospitality Skills Passport' to monitor progress and record achievements In short, just in time 'Bite Sized' chunks of skill development which will meet the immediate, or future, skill needs of your business – and which can lead to credits towards nationally recognised qualifications. Staff need not even take time off work!
In one programme 530 trainees from 47 Hotels, Guesthouses and Restaurants completed and achieved membership of The AFW. A 68% pass rate. Spend per head went up 18% in the following six months, and Liquor sales 12% above control group. The average training cost was £292 per trainee, so investment was recorded through increased gross profit in just 15 weeks. Total food sales improved over 31% over the following year and spend per head improved to 14% over 6 months! |
