3pm: South African Flavour – a seminar with Fiona Beckett
Learn about the South African Flavour with food and wine matching expert, Fiona Beckett in a seminar designed to showcase the versatility of South African wines. Taste a selection of carefully crafted dishes prepared by Michelin Star chef Roger Jones of the Harrow at Little Bedwyn and paired with some of South Africa’s finest wines, selected by Fiona.
